Porcini – (Boletus edulis) is one of the highest quality mushrooms. A light to dark brown semi-round hat, with a thick white distinctive tail and a pleasant fresh meat smell, grows after the summer rains, in a semi-circle, hidden under leaves or needles.
We have it as EXTRA – a whole mushroom, in two variations: (white and red) and DELICATES (chopped), in a marinade with cream cheese
